The LATIN AMERICAN CULTURAL INSTITUTE on Saturday, November 27, continuing his goal of uniting people through culture, in this case, through literature, made a new Awards for his VI INTERNATIONAL POETRY COMPETITION AND NARRATIVE 2010, and delivery of Anthologies "ELECT 2010."
The event was held at the Union Light and Power (Alsina 27) of our city, which was filled with writers from around the country and abroad.
The welcoming remarks were given by the president of Latin American Cultural Institute, Ms.. Rosana Silva who appreciated the confidence and the presence of all the authors who made so many miles to share good moments.

EDITORIAL
